This is my first time to use a cleaning service. I am 80 years old, a retired RN, health care inspector and very demanding about my home. I want it done the way I do it. Perfect. I have been ill. Had a bad car wreck and could not clean. It was a mess. My son said sell this house and go in a Personal Care Home. I bucked! Give up my beloved house? The two staff person's who were assigned to me yesterday, cleaned every surface, floors, walls, ceilings, windows and furniture. My house looks beautiful. They are professional in every way. The hardest workers I have seen in a long time. Efficient and focused on their assigned task. I will use them every two weeks ,stay in my house and call myself truly blessed. I highly recommend this agency and I am a picky person. Management is available, approachable and ready to work with you concerning care of your home. Call them and feel confident about dealing with them.

The cleaner worked hard and was diligent. She seemed to be inexperienced as she use the same spray cleaner for everything, even my wood furniture. I like my house to smell clean but it did not. Nothing was shinny like I like. She did a good job on the kitchen cabinets.

Hi Renee, she is very experienced - the spray cleaner she was using that particular day on the countertops and wood was a multipurpose cleaner made for both wood and granite. She was, however, using other products in areas like the shower, toilets, etc. Since it was our first time cleaning your home we did not want to overpower you with smells. Some people like smells and some are very allergic to smells and we did not know your preference yet. Stainless steel appliances are really the shiniest thing we clean, but there was none present to make shine for you. When she was done you mentioned seeing her again for regular service, but if you would like me to send someone different next time we certainly can. However, others love her and have commented on here saying as such, but we certainly want you to be happy. UPDATE: I reached out to you and you would like a quote for the same cleaner continuing to come so I am glad you are happy with her and want for her to continue cleaning for you. We will have her use products that do smell good in your home.

Ms. M who was assigned my home took the time to listen to me. We took a quick tour and she got started. I work from home so she was also extra quiet while I was on the phone. Wonderful follow-up too.
