I am quite cautious regarding my home, my animals and was incredibly impressed with the customer consideration as well as the actual services I received. They are considerate, professional to the "nth" degree and I will continue to use their services. I found my new "go to" for cleaning services and Ingrid, in particular is a real treasure!

I was in a real bind needing a service on Sunday, and I needed someone to turn over my B&B. Jeremy was so helpful to find me someone. Shonda who did service, did a beautiful job,and I am already hiring them again. Cleaning with a cause donates part of their fee to hunger in America, and i admire that.

A lot of talk and promises with no follow through. Would not hire again.

I am very confused by your review... I spoke with you over the phone before hand about the cleaning, but you were not present for the cleaning itself since you said this was for someone else's home. When the team was finished, they had who was there do a walk through to make sure everything was satisfactory and to their liking. That person told them everything looked good and that they did a "great" job. They even told them they would be calling us as they wanted us to come back out in the future. I was also surprised at how fast they were able to clean the home given the state you were saying it was in. As a result of their quick work, this kept your cost down to probably much cheaper than some of the other companies in the area would have charged. Therefore, you received a cheaper price than others would charge and a walk through was done upon completion where there were told they did "great.".... so I am baffled. Customer service is very important to us. Therefore, receiving your comments, I reached out to you twice and left messages asking what you were not happy about (knowing you were not there since it was for someone else's home) and I never received a reply. I am not sure what is going on here since your comments/review are totally opposite from what the ladies were told upon completion and walk through and they would not have left if the person there was unsatisfied with anything. We have many, many 5-star reviews on here that accurately speak to the work that we do.

Hi Jane. Thank you for saying how easy we are to work with and for rating our quality of cleaning a 5!!! We are a licensed, bonded, and insured company and for any company that is those 3 things and does even close to the caliber of cleaning that we do, our prices are usually better...sometimes A LOT better. Many people are surprised how much lower our prices are than other reputable companies and then once we clean it they tell us how much better job we did as well!

We are happy you have come on board for service every 2 weeks. We are glad you like our name - 10% of profits go towards purchasing food and other necessities for locals in need - that is the "Cause" in Cleaning with a Cause. We actually just stocked a local food pantry last week and were able to do a big donation to Backpack Buddies recently which sends home food on the weekends to kids in our service area who are on free/reduced lunch to make sure they have enough food on the weekends when not in school. This is all possible thanks to our great customers like you!

The representative for Cleaning with a Cause was helpful, made arrangement to work within my budget and on a very short noticed to provide the cleaning service. The cleaning lady was on time and very polite. There was a slight communication misunderstanding but everything was handled professionally and timely.
