The young lady that came to clean was very nice and that was her first day! I had asked for heavy cleaning...baseboards, shutters, blinds, kitchen and bath. These were to have been washed. Cleaned! This young lady was supposed to have a partner working with her who did not make it here. She did work very hard... just not up to the standard that the business implies. Just too many things that just got looked over and certainly never saw a dust cloth.

I know I spoke with you on the phone towards the end of the cleaning and you said she was "doing a great job" so I was shocked to much later see this review as I had not heard anything differently from you since then and now which is over a week after the cleaning took place. Customer service is very important to us and I really wish you had called me after the cleaning and we would have sent out someone back out right way to take a look at and take care of anything that was not to your satisfaction. Since it's been over a week since the cleaning maybe you are seeing some dust that has accumulated since the cleaning as it does not take long to start building back up which is why most of our clients do service every 2 weeks so we can stay on top of everything and keep it looking great.
