Hi Robert, Glad we were able to scramble and help you out last minute as I know the other company left you in a huge bind with an inspection that day. Our prices tend to be a good bit cheaper than many of the other companies (even though our cleaners are top notch), but this particular move out cleaning took them longer than normal for that size otherwise it would have been cheaper. We are happy you are satisfied and it was great chatting with you!

Our cleaners have NEVER used swiffer mops...this is perhaps the oddest review we have ever had as much of what you are saying is just not accurate. Plus, you even tipped the ladies after the cleaning for a job well done and walked through the house after they cleaned before they left to make sure you were satisfied. Your house is 3,352 sq. ft. - minus those couple rooms you mentioned and it is still WAY over 1,500 sq. ft that you are saying and we still managed to do an initial deep clean in just over 4 hours!!! We could have done it even faster, but some of the baseboards were brown so those took awhile to scrub clean and there were some other areas that needed extra attention as well. I have NEVER in our company's history done a first hour discount. Also, when I called to take the payment after the cleaning you never mentioned this or that you felt the price was incorrect (the price is correct) - we are VERY customer friendly and easy to work with and if you had mentioned that concern I could have cleared it up before you even paid so you would know it was accurate - I'm not sure why you wouldn't have mentioned it before here now. I know you were price shopping when we first spoke and you had talked to other companies so perhaps you are confusing us with someone else. I'm not sure I know of any company that would have been cheaper for what this was...Obviously we still had the best price (not to mention all the other TON of incredible reviews on here), which is why you choose us. She did do the cook top, and sink and wiped the grate - however, if you had just reached out and mentioned those things to me I would have gladly brought someone right back out the to inspect and re-clean those areas at no charge - it would have been no problem for us. It was never mentioned until here now though...I am not really sure what to say in response to them missing a kernel of popcorn though after doing a 4-hour deep clean at a very good price other than I apologize. We use microfiber mops (not swiffers!) (just as many top companies do these days) with great quality mopping solution - that way we can change the mop pads and not use the same ones in your kitchen that were used in your bathroom. This way you aren't having an old school string mop that just was used in someone else's bathroom right before yours and now being used in your kitchen like the old days. Plus, many people these days have hardwoods and you do not want to use a mop bucket and slop a bunch of water around on the floors like you used to do on many commercial type floors. The way we do it is the way to do it nowadays for both quality and sanitary reasons. Customer service is extremely important to us, but this review is just a head scratcher. The girls who cleaned it were even surprised we only charged the price that we did for that amount of time/work it took on this particular job as they thought it would have been a good bit more.
