The ladies were friendly and seemingly wanting to do a good job. However, the areas I highlighted as my main goal, were the last to be tackled, thus leaving little time to give the needed attention. Therefore, some areas were skipped.

I am really confused - you only wanted 3 things done and did not want to pay for anything other than the minimum amount of time. It could not be done in the time you wanted to pay for. We went ahead anyway and completed all 3 areas and stayed almost half an hour extra for FREE to complete it. We did not even charge you for the extra time. I appreciate the 4.5 star rating, I am just confused by the comments as everything was done and we gave you 30 mins with 2 people = 1 hour FREE.

The company was understaffed so I only received one person to clean my home which is considered large. It took longer and cost me more money. I will try other companies before I use them again.

Your cleaning was 3 days before Christmas - our busiest week of the year so we only had 1 cleaner available for your home. I apologize for only having 1 cleaner available, but many companies did not have any availability at all, however, we were able to work you in. The price you paid was actually cheaper because only one person did it. She did spend over 6 hours there to make sure everything was great. I promise you the price you had was much cheaper than some other area companies charge as our prices are better and cleaners top notch. She actually did a house this morning and the client reached out afterward to say how GREAT she did.

I hired Cleaning with a cause through HomeAdvisor. As soon as I posted my ad, I got a call from Jeremy from cleaning with a cause. He understood my requirements and quoted a very reasonable price. I needed someone who would do monthly cleaning and were on time. He assured me that would be the case. I got a date for the cleaning in that week itself. The cleaners were on time and the 2 ladies were very polite and professional. They cleaned my house for 6 hours. They were so hard working, I could see how they worked quietly and without disturbing me a bit. I work from home and its very important for me to have my quiet and peace. After they were done the house looked so clean. I have had cleaners from 3 different companies in the last 3 years and none have cleaned the house so well. I am highly impressed. After the cleaners left I was really worried about how much Jeremy would charge because the cleaners did spent a great amount of time cleaning my home. I was very pleased when Jeremy honored the initial price that we had decided on. Overall I really liked the professional and polite cleaners, their excellent work and the ease with which I could work with these cleaners and their management. Thanks. This review was for the first cleaning for a monthly clean. I hope this continues further also. I will be back to update on this review after few more cleans again.

Jeremy from Cleaning With A Cause responded to my request immediately and walked me through the details of what his team would cover during their visit. Two delightful ladies arrived on time and dug right in on the Deep Cleaning I had requested. They were friendly and professional, and very detail oriented in their work. I was concerned about some of my knick-knacks, but I was assured that they would dust them with extreme care - which they did. I would recommend this company to my family and friends, and look forward to continuing receiving their service in my home. Kudos to Jessica and Della my two cleaning angels!

The cleaning lady arrived tired from cleaning another house, she was slow and missing things. When asked why she didn't clean this or that her answer was "oh, you wanted me to clean that " I needed a deep cleaning. My house was dusty but organized she just needed to clean. She cleaned 2 bathrooms, kitchen, one small guest room and stairs and it took her more than 5 hours! I had to clean again some of the stuff she cleaned. The owner gave me a $25 discount but I still paid $237. I am disappointed because I like their charity. I am sure that the cleaning lady would have been fine for light cleaning.

This particular client used to have her own cleaning company and wanted us to clean for her - I usually do not like to agree to do this as these cases seem like we are being set up to fail in a no win situation. Regretfully, we did agree and surprise surprise - a rare negative review is posted for others looking to hire a cleaner to see. Currently we have 144 reviews, 131 of those are 4/5 star - that is 91% 4/5 Star Reviews!!!! The cleaner did have a house before this one - we are a cleaning company - of course they do more than one house a day! Yes, she was tired by the time she was done at this house, however, this particular job, as you can tell from the amount of time required, needed more work than the client lead us to believe when we agreed to do it or we could have put a team of 2 on it instead of just one solo person who did end up having to be there actually more than 5 hours and she is not slow at all. In fact, others have commented the exact opposite about her and how diligent and effective she is and request her to return each time. Of course the price is more the first time for an initial deep clean than if you continue regular maintenance service after that, but our prices are a good bit better than most all national/franchise companies. I am going to just take the high road here and not say anything else - 91% of people on here find us to do a GREAT 4/5 Star job!!!
