I had them come to do a deep clean followed upon on a biweekly basis. The cleaner for the deep clean arrived and was doing a good job. After 1.5 hours, she left, claiming an emergency and stated another cleaner would arrive soon. After an hour or so, I got a text from management saying they could not clean my house. They apparently did not communicate this to the cleaner, as she arrived several days later. I asked her to contact the company. She did and left. This outfit hires competent cleaners but does not have their act together. This is the first negative service review I have given in 10 or so years. Avoid these liars. UPDATE 3/12/2020: The hour and a half they were here, they did a good job, but they just did not finish.

I really regret to have to post here and explain the full situation, but since you left a negative review I have to respond. This home was in bad, bad shape. There were hypodermic diabetic needles all over the place including UNCAPPED NEEDLES ON THE FLOOR!!!! When she was cleaning the floor she ALMOST GOT POKED!!! It freaked her out and the house smelled really, really bad from the dog which she thought had something wrong medically and the kitchen was in such bad shape that she did not feel she could stay there for the many hours it would take to get it cleaned while enduring the smell and the fear of being poked so she had to leave

I appreciate the service this company provides. The people they use are concerned about the results of cleaning, which is a clean house. I ve used other cleaning businesses, and it seems like they are simply going through the motions, leaving me to have to clean behind them. In contrast, the details seem to matter to Cleaning With a Cause, and it s refreshing to be pleasantly surprised by a job that s very well done.

Floors were not very clean after service. Wish I had just done it myself initially and not wasted money.

You only authorized us to be there for 3 hours on this move out cleaning - it was not possible to get everything done within that 3 hour time frame. The cleaner actually stayed almost 30 minutes extra FOR FREE to get more done at no extra cost to you. This particular cleaner receives great reviews on here from other people who love the work she does. It is disheartening to know that you put us on a time limit to save money on a job that could not be done in that time and we gave you 30 additional minutes FREE and you left a bad review. I guess no good deed goes unpunished.

The staff was right on time & so friendly. I had to leave while they were working, when I walked in the door my house smelled so fresh & felt so clean. They are awesome, I am so happy with Autumn & McKinsey. They are fantastic!

I have used different cleaning services throughout the years. You can always tell when someone has had a lot of experience in a structured environment, such as a hotel or has trained others in a management position. That is just what Cleaning with a Cause sent me. She had 21 years experience and worked quickly but thoroughly, satisfying even my OCD issues that usually have me going behind the professionals touching things up. I am so happy I feel like a child on Christmas. My house is beautiful. I don't want my family to come home and mess it up. I signed up for every 2 weeks. And what reasonable prices. I swear I'm not related to the owner, I am just really  happy!
