The two cleaners who came today were faced with a monthÂ’s worth of cat hair, dirt, sticky floors. They arrived promptly, were very pleasant and professional, and dove right into the work. IÂ’m sitting in my living room and it looks like my floors were just laid. They caught places our prior housekeeper continuously missed. The house looks and smells great. I highly recommend Cleaning with a Cause. WeÂ’ve hired them for weekly cleaning with no reservations. Talk to Jeremy about the amazing charitable events they do as well as how they find their team. They are licensed and bonded. They clearly stand behind their work as Jeremy reached out immediately to ensure we were pleased.

Very happy with the service from Cleaning with a Cause. The first cleaning took 7+ hours, so the bill was a bit more than expected, but she didn't miss a spot in our home. Very thorough and I will likely use them going forward.

Would not use this service again. Seems as though the cleaning crew were more concerned with time than quality. Lots of areas were missed and they spent a considerable amount of time checking their phones for the time they ?clocked in? and the time they would leave. It?s clear that they are paid by time spent cleaning and not the quality of their cleaning. As soon as their time was up one of the cleaners just stopped and sat down. Definitely would not use them again.

Extremely unfair review, as you are the one who was concerned more with time over quality - not us! You are the one who told the ladies when they arrived that you only wanted to pay for 3 hours - we thought we were doing the entire job which was going to definitely take more than 3 hours to complete a deep clean on in the condition it was in when they arrived. Therefore, our cleaners were forced to sacrifice quality for time to try to get as much done for you as they could in your time restrictions. How can your review then turn around and blame the ladies for quality over time? Yes, they were checking their phone for the time as they were.
