Lovely young woman. She was quiet and polite. I like thorough, more detail work through my home. She did what she knew.
Response from Company:
HI Maureen, I am sorry to hear this. I wish you had called me and let me know anything that was not to your satisfaction as we are a VERY detail orientated company and highly concerned with our customers' satisfaction. I would have sent someone right back out to do anything you were not satisfied with. I tried reaching out to you to see what was not detailed enough - I will try again as we certainly want to go the extra mile to ensure you are a happy client.

Thanks to HomeAdvisor-Roswell, I found an outstanding cleaning company - named 'Cleaning with a cause'. the owner, Jeremy, responded to my call promptly, offered various options, answered questions and scheduled a deep cleaning within a few days. Then, two amazing ladies, appearing on time - brought all their own supplies. They tackled walls, baseboards, floors, blinds and all furniture, making every room sparkle! The products they used were both safe and effective.Such peace of mind to have our home so carefully "refreshed",top to bottom. I highly recommend this very professional and thorough service.

Over the years, IÂ’ve had the misfortune of hiring and firing maid services over inconsistent quality of work and customer service issues. Ingrid performed a superb job on my first cleaning! Her attention to detail is amazing, very professional and completed my cleaning in a remarkable amount of time. Left my home looking and smelling brand new!! And JeremyÂ’s customer service and ability to accommodate my busy schedule was such a very pleasant experience! I HIGHLY recommend Cleaning With A Cause (their name says it all)!!!

I talked to Jeremy, he gives the quotes, and gives you a day and time. He said that his company is made up of professional cleaners. He then informed me that the cleaners always start with a "deep" cleaning so they know how clean the house starts out as they go to follow up cleanings. I asked if they would use my "Rainbow" vacuum, which he said they could if it was important to me. He followed by saying that the first time cleaning was $35 an hour for each person and they clean in groups of 2, so that would be $70 an hour and would take longer because he was familiar with Rainbow vacuums and knew they would take longer, to which I disagreed with, but needed my home clean due to family illness. So the quote was open ended for the first cleaning, as we disagreed on the vacuum adding time. When the ladies showed up we had the vacuum set up to just turn on and go. To cut the story short, I found they didn't clean the blinds and didn't reline waste baskets (even though I set them out and told the ladies where they were after they requested liners). The ceiling fans were also not done and baseboards in all rooms not done. We had to leave 1& 1/2 hours after they started. The head cleaning person said they would be done within 1hr. When Jeremy finally called for payment he informed me that the time they finished was 2 hours later. I refused to pay an extra 70 dollars when the house hadn't received the services that were included in the first cleaning. He argued with me, not believing me, and telling me I wasn't home when the job was finished and refused to believe what the woman told me. I can't believe it when a customer is put on the defense and is not believed. I told him I would not be needing him further. Where I come from, the customer is always right, and if something is not done correctly, it was redone until the customer was satisfied. Please believe me! Don't waste your time or money on cleaning from this company.
Response from Company:
People don't usually hear the other side of the coin - I definitely feel we were taken advantage of and I have no problem speaking up for those cleaners as those ladies are AWESOME as other reviews here prove!!!. Debbie and her husband had to leave before the job was finished so the husband tried to pay before leaving and asked the time they would finish and resulting price- the cleaner told him they didn't know the price yet as they didn't how much longer it would be (since it is the first time and is deep cleaning) stating, "It could be 1:30, 2:30 - I just don't know as we have not been in the master bedroom or bathroom yet to know what we are up against." When she overheard this and saw him trying to pay, she came out and told her husband to "Stay out of my business!" This was very odd and alarm bells went off especially since a little earlier while still cleaning, she actually yelled at them and said "I thought you were supposed to be professional cleaners - this blind is filthy". The cleaners, who are incredible cleaners and great people by the way, were shocked and very much taken aback, and told her that they ARE professional cleaners and that they had not even gotten to the blind yet and they would take care of it - WHICH THEY DID. Her story on here has now been changed to make it seem like the blinds were never done in the end - not true. This made the cleaners think we would have a hard time getting paid for this job and it wouldn't matter how clean the house was, she would find a way to try to try and not pay. When they were loading up to leave they called me, so I KNOW what time they finished. I wish she had security cameras in her house to prove the time and since they were not home then that is a way she can say they were not there and not pay for the 45 minutes that I KNOW they were. The only reason she is saying they were not there is she heard "1:30" and took that totally out of context and decided that that is what time they would be finished. IF THEY KNEW WHAT TIME THEY WOULD HAVE BEEN FINISHED, WHY WOULD THEY NOT HAVE TAKEN HIS PAYMENT RIGHT THEN INSTEAD OF US HAVING TO TRY AND GET PAYMENT FROM HER LATER?? I called her to get payment before she ever made it back home and when I told her I was calling to take the payment the phone magically disconnected. So, I texted her the price and I waited 5 DAYS and she never called me back to pay for services rendered. Then when I got her on the phone she asked how long they were there and when I told her, she said THEY ARE LYING! She said, "They told me they would be done at 1:30" - I told her that was not what was said and they were there 45 minutes past that so it was $195 total for the entire clean. She starts trying to think of anything at all she can come up with to complain about, but the cleaning was so thorough that the only complaint she can think of was, "I'm not sure if they dusted the fan or not - I'm going to have my husband get on a ladder and check." I would expect that dust hanging from a popcorn ceiling would be an obvious item to address and clean but was proven wrong by this contractor.
Response from Company:
Hi Brian, you only wanted to book us for our bare minimum amount of time and when you called to book the cleaning you said the place was disgusting and you just wanted to make it so that when anyone walked in to see it, that "they didn't lose their lunch" at the site of it. We told you we would make it look as good as we could in that minimum amount of time that would wanted to pay for. This was a rental property of yours and you even said yourself that you couldn't believe some people live in such filth and when we finished the allotted time that you gave us, you are upset about dust on the ceiling? I am sorry there was not time enough to better get to that, but this was not to be a complete cleaning - it was to be the best one person could make it in 3 hours. She did just that and there were a lot of cobwebs on the ceiling which she did make sure she got. Unfortunately, dust on the ceiling is generally last on the priority list when we are only given a set amount of time to make it look as good as possible. This is a pretty unfair review given we were given time constraints of only 3 hours for 1 person to do everything.

Cleaning With a Cause met all my expectations and more. I have 24 rental properties and cleaning has always been a big problem between tenants. I have hired several different cleaning companies and was always disappointed. My wife and I would then spend hours doing additional cleaning to get the home ready to sell or rent. I was presently surprised and relieved that Cleaning With a Cause lived up to their reputation. A job Well Done and will use for all my future cleaning needs. Easy to schedule and was right on time. Made the house look new again!
