The office just seemed a little confused about my appointment. No one let me know what day and time the contractors were coming. Other than that, the work performed by the contractors was great!

They were willing to re-slope the gutters completely to make sure that no water was sitting , even if the gutters would end up looking uneven. I asked them to use a hose to put water in the gutters and take pictures of the gutters that showed the water had drained. I'd had past experiences with other companies where they didn't reslope enough.

They did a great job, but didnâ t clean the decks off as they did not have a broom. It really needed a leaf blower to blow all the dust off. I have some loose caps on the post.

Please contact us if you have any issues with loose caps so that we can schedule a time to correct them. The glue has to have time to dry so they shouldn't be touched for 2 or 3 days.

The company was very responsive and was able to get someone to my house the next day. Jose was very fast and provided a very detailed report of the roof and gutter condition. I will be using this company for all future gutter cleaning.
