Champion installed a deck and pavers around an above ground pool at our home. Immediately after the install we complained because 1) the pavers were not installed based on the design that was agreed upon 2) the workers completely dismantled the pool pump and left it disassembled 3) most importantly, we advised that it did not appear that the area around the pool was stabilized sufficiently with gravel. There is still a large pile of gravel leftover from the install in our driveway. The pavers entirely collapsed. They started separating and shifting and eventually completely collapsed. The area under the deck collapsed as well. The company claims they are not responsible. Although the large pile of gravel leftover confirms that all the gravel was not used. They blamed the rain; they blamed the soil; they blamed the pool supports. All of these things were present during the assessment of the area. If it was not suitable for supporting pavers, we should have been informed. To say all of this after the fact indicates that the company wanted to make the sale at all costs without regard to what was best for the customer. This all happened less than 3 months after the completion of the installation.

Hired them to do repairs on my roof, then had them come back to replace my front porch and do a variety of other smaller jobs around the exterior of the house. They did great work at a reasonable price and started work very quickly. Would definitely use again

My slight downgrade was based on little miscues in communication about arrival time and pricing. The work was excellent overall. The principal repair of an intermittent leak was diagnosed well, as the resulting work has survived more than a bit of strong rain and wind with no more water incursion. A minor complaint about drip edge installation was remedied completely, with all new materials again and finer workmanship. They sent a crew manager to re-do it on a return visit, at my convenience, refusing to accept any more payment and were quite decent about the request. I would certainly use the services of Champion Home Improvement again. They did what they were supposed to, and more.

This was my second time using this company. I decided to use them again because of the great service and quality of work from the first job. As usually they did not disappoint me. Always very profession and great quality of work. I will definitely be using them again for my next project and all of my home improvement needs.

Hired to repair a roof but I do not think anything took because 2 months later we still have leaks! I do not think they are a good company for roof repairs.

They were prompt and quick with cleaning my gutters. They happened to check my roof too and told me about 2 holes in my roof.
