I have to question their business method for providing an estimate to customers. Plus, I think the estimates are on the high end. The scope of work is not detailed or line items. The scope of work language should be more detailed. This would be of some help to me. Personally, somewhat disappointed. The plus side is the guys that did the work. They was fast, hardworking, nice, and professional.

I would like everyone to know that I had seven estimates come to my house. Champion beat them all, in addition to that they did the work the same day. It gets no better than that. With there quality and outstanding customer service, I would definitely recommend and use them again. Thank you Champion.

In April i I hired this company to replace my front walk and front porch. They did the work. I also requested two metal railings on the porch. I was not well when they did the work and unable to inspect the results. When the man came to be paid he assured me if there was any problem they would fix it. I paid him the final payment. When I was able to go outside and inspect their work, I found the end of the sidewalk by the driveway cracking and chipped. I found the railings were rusted and had holes in them. I paid $3500 for this job and I am disappointed. I called and left 6 messages for Anthony Simmons to call me and no one did. His card title is Director of Marketing.

I ended up replacing the gutters and downspouts due to age. The work was done very quickly and I was satisfied with cost and their work.

Very timely with contacting and coming by to review our requirements. Work was accomplished on schedule and workers cleaned up afterwards. They pulled both local and count permits. I would definitely consider them for any future work.
