I thought I hired a trusted company. The salesman wasn't knowledgeable. He did not inform me of or suggest under deck drainage. I have livable space under my deck that I obviously wanted to maintain and keep dry. I'm not a deck builder. Any good company would know about different products available. His measurements were off and ended up being what he wanted them to be and not what I wanted. I asked for my deck to reach to the end of my house. He cut me short by 2 feet because he assumed I couldn't afford anything more. The unprofessional-ism of the salesman and, of all people, the owner/manager was unbearable. They left my under deck ground extremely muddy. They caked mud all over my french doors, screen door, grill, water hose and house! They did not return my ground to its pre-working condition...mud everywhere. They didn't call me to inform me that the project was complete. They did not follow up to make sure everything was sufficient. I thought I was doing a good thing by going by their ratings on this site and hiring a local minority company. I WILL NEVER MAKE THAT MISTAKE AGAIN! THIS COMPANY TREATED ME LIKE I WAS NOTHING! I FELT THEY TOOK ADVANTAGE OF THE FACT THAT I'M A SINGLE FEMALE AND DIDN'T HAVE A MALE AROUND TO MONITOR THINGS. The deck is shaky and missing support beams in key areas. I wouldn't recommend this company to even put a nail in a piece of wood. I feel so violated. AFTER THE FACT, I asked the owner about under deck drainage that his salesman failed to inform me about. This owner NEVER got back to me on anything; absolutely no follow up whatsoever nor any customer service to be found; so rude! Take this for what you want to take this for. I'm sure the owner/manager will try and come back with a bunch of lies. But the facts remain, they did not do right by me, the consumer.

The gentleman was very detail about what he was going I was very satisfied with the work he done.

Although the news was bad and the repair required was more than just gutter cleaning, and I was unable to complete the job due to finances, I will contact Champion again when the timing is right for a roof replacement. I recommend Champion due to their great customer service and speedy response.

My deck was completed in a timely manner. The look and size is exactly what I wanted.

They not only cleaned the gutters but did minor repairs to them at a great price.

They arrived on time, corrected the problem, and it even fixed the flooding into the basement. Then they cleaned up after themselves before they left. Very happy!
