Representative responded in a timely manner and provided an estimate. After I agreed to allowing Champion to perform the job the representative whom I had talked failed to respond to a couple of telephone calls from my husband or me. The project was commenced within the time frame that was specified and was completed as scheduled.

Perfect Job. The price probably could be beat someplace else; however when you see the excellent craftsmanship..... it makes it all worth it.

I contacted Service Magic on Monday and my project was completed on Thursday. I have been trying to get this priject completed since the end of May...I had received two estimates...the first company I hired didn't show up, but sent me a bill, the second company I hired were supposed to come every day for a week and never showed up. Finally I contacted SM and my project is complete. I would highly recommend Champion Windows, Inc. for any roofing/decking project. Thank you for your attention and service...I only wish you had a place on this website to tell you who NOT to hire...Thanks so much.

The contract I signed stated they would start within 3 weeks. At the beginning of week 7, after 4 phone calls and me literally yelling at someone, the fence was finally was started. I had to threaten legal action to get it started and then get a discount. We were never contacted regarding delays in the project during the 7 weeks; we had to call the office numerous times to find anything out. Information we were given never matched from contact to contact. And the service rep who came out was extremely overbearing and the quote we were given, compared to others received later, was terrible. The discount was the only reason we didn't cancel altogether. However, the only saving grace of this company was the foreman and work crew. The 2 men who built our fence were absolutely phenomenal and had it up in less than 3 full days. They worked tirelessly, were extremely polite, and were overall the only bright side to the experience. Their work was wonderful. The rest of the company leaves much to be desired, especially regarding their customer service
