I got blindsided with a roof leak and they had great effort and it was a painless repair where i was thinking it would be a hugh hassell. Champion was great and did a good job, fully satisfied

Customer service was great. When I had questions, I was handed over to the manager, and he answered my questions politely and fully. He was even able to get a crew out immediately, otherwise I was looking at a 5 day wait for another company to come out and troubleshoot the problem. The repair was possible to complete upon diagnosis and that was the best part! Looking forward now to see if the problem is truly resolved.

The sales person was very nice while trying to get my business. The lack of communications after the contract was sign is a concern. We had to call the sales person and the company a number of times checking on the status of the project. Once the project was start the wrong fence was installed the quality of the work was less than acceptable( nails exposed, fence not level). Champion wanted to charge us labor cost to replace the fence with the correct fence. The sales person never followed up to see how the job was going. All the calls that we made to get the job started and to get what we purchase is totally unacceptable.

We do acknowledge that we made a mistake with the fence style. However, we did correct it upon realizing the mistake. Due to our mistake, we replaced the fence without charging the customer with a labor fee. Afterwards, we did contact the customer but received no contact back from them. Very professional, timely, and good quality work. The wrong color was used for the trim, but that was corrected the next business day.

they responded quickly and came to the house to give me the estimate quickly. the gentleman was nice and very helpful with his suggetions. however, they was a big miscommunitcation as to when they were coming to do the install and then took 2 days rather than the one day i was told. the work was acceptable

Sorry for the misunderstanding but concrete can't be poured and set for post in one day. The representative failed to realize that we had to wait for the concrete to set. Sorry for the miscommunication. Mgmt.
