If I could give a zero in some areas I would. I used this site to find a company to install new gutters. Champion called me very quickly and scheduled a time for a rep to come out and meet with us. I was already given a price due to me having an estimate from another company . Sales rep came and then I was told there would be a 100.00 fee to haul old gutter away...I declined. It was then reduced to 50.00. I declined again. We signed the contact and gave a 50% deposit. Was told the " we may be able to get this dome tomorrow if it doesn't rain...if not the latest would be on Monday." Well today is Monday...I just called to cancel the contract. They didn't really care. As a matter of fact I was told they HAD to wait 3 business days before the work could begin. I was even told that maybe I misunderstood...you can't misunderstand what's in writing. My contract clearly states work would begin in 1-3 days. Looking at reviews from others the work was done the next day.

This customer cancelled before we had a chance to perform any work. The start date is approximate and dependent on weather. We feel if we were given the opportunity to complete this project this customer would have been very satisfied with our results.

I did not have siding repaired. I had a rake board replaced on the roof and some other minor repairs to corking. This service was fast ,organized and easy to work with. I can't rate the quality of work until time pass. It look look so far.
