We had a great experience with Bulwark Exterminating, especially working with Austin Hildreth. He was professional, thorough, and took the time to explain what he was doing and why. With the weather changing, he made sure our exterior was well treated and cleared all the spider webs, which we really appreciated. You can tell he takes pride in his work and goes the extra mile to make sure everything is done right. If you’re using Bulwark, definitely ask for Austin—he’s reliable and does an excellent job!

Ashley Price services my home on 4/4/2026. She was most professional and informative. She educated me on what to look for when it came to bugs. I had never had a technician to stop as she did to explain things to me. I didn't feel like a number , she made me feel like she cared about my home , my investment. Ashley was awesome. I have requested that she services my property in the future.

Robert Haynes was my technician & he was super thorough & really took the time to walk me through everything so I actually understood what was going on. He answered all my questions quickly & was very professional but also easy to talk to, which I appreciated. You can tell he genuinely cares about the customer experience.
