Bulwark Exterminating has always done an excellent job spraying the outside of our house. This week, their tech man, Glenn Bush did a great job brushing off any cobwebs that were building up. After that he sprayed the base of the house to keep any pests away. Thanks Glen!

I have bimonthly treatment of my home. This month Matthew H. did a thorough treatment of the exterior of my home for bugs, insects, and snakes. He was courteous, texted that he was on his way with his ETA, and answered all of my questions. The office staff works with me when I have a scheduling issue. I am very pleased with the customer service of Bulwark Exterminating, and have recommended them to friends.

Austin once again did a great job. He came out right away and took care of my fire ant problem inside my house. He even went as far as cleaning up all the dead ants that were left on my kitchen floor.

The tech you sent to our home was Desmar Knox. He introduced himself, explained he was here for our scheduled treatment and asked if we had had had problems. We had seen a couple bugs and was going to call you but he showed up just in time. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and took care of us meeting all our expectations. Would love to have him back anytime. Thanks

We experienced problems with the huge flying water bugs (aka huge roaches!), and had several other exterminators out over the years, but Bulwark is the only company that has successfully gotten rid of them for us. We use them now on a routine basis.

MICHAEL MOORE WAS THE EXTERMINATOR WHO TOOK CARE OF WASPS NEST IN VENTS. HE WAS THOROUGH, PLEASANT AND VERY INFORMATIVE. HE SUGGESTED WHAT HAD TO BE DONE SO THIS SITUATION WOULD NOT REPEAT ITSELF AS THE WASPS CAME INTO MY BEDROOM AND BATHROOM VENTS. HGLORIAE PERSERVERED TO FIND MY HOME WHEN OTHERS GAVE UP. I RECOMMEND HIM HIGHLY.

Our technician, Dontae Thompson, and his partner were very knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating, and did their work in a professional manner. I had Bulwark under contract in Knoxville and was very satisfied with their service. The same good service is provided by Bulwark in Charlotte.
