Overall great experience with Bulwark! I did some initial research online, submitted my name to be contacted, and had a conversation 5 minutes later. The scheduling was easy and date/time options were flexible. Carlos Guillen was the technician who visited my home. Carlos was wonderful, he was a pleasure to work with. He provided great details about what he was seeing, what he was doing to remedy the situation, and tips for me as a homeowner moving forward between treatments.

The service technician, Michael Wallace did an excellent job spraying inside my home thoroughly. He gave extra attention to areas where I told him I had seen insects. He also answered any questions I had. He was knowledgeable about extermination. Then he went outside and removed spider webs from around the house. He even sent me a picture to verify. Michael was very friendly and wanted to ensure I was satisfied with his service!

Bulwark (Ethan Whitman) did a very nice job. He called a half hour before he came, came when he said he would, applied the periodic pest control treatment around the perimeter of the house, and removed a wasp nest on the second-floor eaves that we noticed.
