Zach Hoyt came out for my regularly scheduled service but prior to today, he’s come twice in the last month because we had a mite problem. He’s very knowledgeable, patient and thorough. The issue was not fully resolved after the first visit so he came back and applied another treatment to ensure that it was resolved. Great having him come to take care of our home.

We came home to find ants trying to make themselves at home in our house. Jose arrived promptly at the very beginning of the service timeframe, was friendly and thorough.

I have continued using service with Bulwark because of my service tech Blake. He is awesome! Always on-time, reliable, polite, and efficient. He always notifies me when he is on the way for service and if anything appears out of the ordinary, he always communicates with me. Sometimes he has a trainee working with him like Alejandro (who was also very helpful). I can tell Blake is passionate about his job because of his work ethic and the way he trains others. So long as he continues to be my tech, I will continue using Bulwark services. Thank you again Blake.
