Dez Knox has helped with my pest control twice now and I cannot recommend him enough!!! He has come back in between scheduled services as I was still having issues and he went above and beyond to ensure he was getting everywhere that I wanted to listened to my concerns and treated the issue extremely well. It is so much easier having someone inside your home when they are personable, attentive and make you feel comfortable!

This was their third time out this season and my husband greeted the tech at the door and was told to please clean the windows from all the spiderwebs and went back to work and the tech did not do any of the windows. We have him on our ring doorbell, just standing in the front yard.. then when we called to tell them, he lied, and said heâ d done it! Well, we have pictures and the spiderwebs are still there! Soâ ¦. â ¦
