Kristina informed when she arrived which was nice as I begin hearing sounds as she worked. Also, before leaving she knocked on the door and said I had commented on a few Palmetto bugs getting in. Asked me if I wanted inside spraying. Told her we’d not see any just recently. She was helpful and polite!
