He then texted what he had done along with a picture. Great service! Iâ ve been with Bulwark for 15 years and rarely do I see bugs in the house. If I do, they are prompt to schedule a free retreat targeting what I saw. Always great service.
I have always gotten very good service from Bulwark but today Tanner Queen went above and beyond. He did a very thorough job of spraying. He also removed the cobwebs that the tiny spiders make. Itâ  s easy to see a big spiderweb but he took care of the tiny ones in high corners. Thank you Tanner. Such a polite man!

Our pest guy, Matthew Hicklen, was extremely nice and professional - I wouldâ ve trusted him with my life! He made me second guess my line of work because I would love to work with a company with a bunch of Matthewâ s by my side. He explained the process thoroughly and took the time to answer all my questions. Itâ s too soon to tell if the pest procedure worked since itâ s only been 8 hours but I hope weâ ll be bug-free soon!

Dear Bulwark, Yesterday the phone representative Karen, called to remind me of an appointment today. She was very friendly and helpful. Karen looked up some of my account information for me and answered an additional question I also had. I appreciate her taking the time to assist me with my questions. Thanks, Karen, for your assistance yesterday. Technician Mark Newby came today. As usual, Mark was very friendly and wore his mask inside and outside. I don't request him to wear it outside of my home, but he just shows up now, with his mask. That's very thoughtful of him. We have had issues with mice, spiders and large red ants. He sprayed and put out granules in the yard and around foundation of the home. He told me the mice bait station was totally empty since last visit, that meant we had a lot of activity from mice. We didn't know we had so many mice on our property. We have had no sign of mice in our home, since last visit and that's great to know. Mark refilled the mice bait station and text me that he had filled them with photos of them. He is very thorough when is treating our home and property. He always asks what pests I have seen since last visit and explains to me where they come from/live and how he will treat for them. As always, thanks to Bulwark for hiring employees with great work ethics and for making sure I get my same technician that I request each visit. Blessings, Lisa W.
