Write a ReviewWe experienced problems with the huge flying water bugs (aka huge roaches!), and had several other exterminators out over the years, but Bulwark is the only company that has successfully gotten rid of them for us. We use them now on a routine basis.
MICHAEL MOORE WAS THE EXTERMINATOR WHO TOOK CARE OF WASPS NEST IN VENTS. HE WAS THOROUGH, PLEASANT AND VERY INFORMATIVE. HE SUGGESTED WHAT HAD TO BE DONE SO THIS SITUATION WOULD NOT REPEAT ITSELF AS THE WASPS CAME INTO MY BEDROOM AND BATHROOM VENTS. HGLORIAE PERSERVERED TO FIND MY HOME WHEN OTHERS GAVE UP. I RECOMMEND HIM HIGHLY.
Our technician, Dontae Thompson, and his partner were very knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating, and did their work in a professional manner. I had Bulwark under contract in Knoxville and was very satisfied with their service. The same good service is provided by Bulwark in Charlotte.
Iâ m a little concerned about how they do their billing. If you use the website, you can enter a credit card but it remains subject to continuous use.
These people send out service people that look like they just got out of jail or worse. Very dirty and unkept. Felt uncomfortable with them around my home. Canceled service after 2 treatments.
I felt the service was fair and honest. They gave excellent tips towards protecting the home from outside pest. Definitely will call them again if I have issues.
