I had Jay W come after the first tech was a no show and unreachable by the company. The customer service was very good. The manager jumped in and got me a new pro Jay and he adjusted his route immediately. When Jay arrived he explained what he was doing and that if there were any issues they would come back in between the quarterly treatments. He was knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable that I would not be sharing my space with critters.

Chris Atkinson came out today. I love they introduce themselves and send a summary when done with photos. I tell all my neighbors to use Bulwark
