John and his crew were absolutely the best. They were professionals who know every aspect of their job.

They did a wonderful job cleaned up nicely. Rusty and his crew Don Ethan and Josh kept me posted on the progress check for water leaks made a few adjustments releveled and we're very professional.

My expierance with the whole company was excellent from beginning to end. The crew was always on time,very knowledgeable and professional. Juan Dimattao is very professional, personable, caring,made sure I saw and understood the process (Steven explained as well and showed me what they were doing) Juan and Steven their customer service is awesome!! As well as Rusty Fisher ,I am very satisfied with the whole crew, persons I came in contact with. Thank you Steven and crew, Juan ,Rusty ,all the engineer's sorry forgot your names, remember your faces though. You all were awesome!! I would highly recommend this company. I would've given you an A in price but a different company had quoted me almost 1,000.00 less but Derek's presentation and how he treated us with such respect. At first, we had all that rain in the month of September, so it did take longer to finish then normal. The project started in the 4th of the month and finished around the 26th. I had 24 piers done. Diego, the supervisor was very professional, as well as their crew. The crew always called me sir and was always kind and in good spirits.

I really appreciate Jeff Winkler coming out to evaluate my foundation and the need for repair. Jeff was very professional, answered all my questions, and gave me peace of mind about any needed repairs. Moreover, Jeff did not try to give me a hard sell. I was totally impressed by this and believe that Baird Foundation Repair is a company that you can really trust. That means a lot in this day and age. I really enjoyed Jeff visit and learned a lot from our conversation. I will definitely recommend Baird for foundation repair in the future.

We had a rather extensive cavity develop under pea gravel patio due to erosion and animal activity. The Baird rep was very professional and quoted the job and work was completed on time and on budget. Mario and Gabe did an outstanding professional job with 100% cleanup. Great company to do business with.

the estimate was on the high end but this is our home and stability is important. The men were here every day and cleaned up after themselves.

I cannot say enough about how great they were to deal with. They went above and beyond my expectations. Once completed, they took the time to check on my satisfaction with the job and took steps to make sure I was 100% satisfied with the results. I am so amazed with there customer service and diligence to maintain there superb company name and reputation. I would HIGHLY recommend them and would say to rest assured when dealing with them, you are dealing with true professionals.

They arrived before the appointment time, called before they came. They went over what was being done and got right to work. They took less time than was estimated. It looks great. I can't wait for it to rain.
