We hired Atlanta Mold Services, LLC. to remediate some mold in my young sonÂ’s bedroom. They came out on a Sunday were incredibly polite and knowledgeable and helped us understand what was going on. They were so thorough they found mold in our basement as well. They removed the mold areas, and also went above and beyond to fix things they noticed and not charge us for it. Casey was always on time, very kind, and very flexible. He worked around our schedule with our two young kids. They sent us all the documentation needed for insurance purposes, and they are even willing to speak to our adjuster. We canÂ’t recommend them enough!! We are so thankful for Atlanta Mold Services, LLC.

I originally got a quote from two different companies---one that did the original testing and Colorado Mold Services. CMS was (by far) the most reasonable. The gentlemen that came to my house to do the cleanup in crawl space ran out of supplies and were unable to finish the job on that day, so someone else had to return to my house to finish the following week. I felt overall, CMS did a good job and would use again if I ever needed another mold remediation.

After talking to a couple of different cleanup services Colorado Mold Services was the most educated on our mold situation. They gave us a price under the competitors and finished the job in half of the time of the other estimates. The mold test before the cleanup was very high, days later we were back to normal. Highly recommend!

Work was done on schedule; well done, clean up good. Only reservation was they didn't reinstall the security monitors on the doors Maybe they didn't,t have the equipment or didn't;t know how.
