This was a listing that I have, and the buyer's inspector had thought he noticed mold in the home during the inspection. The buyer's then canceled the transaction. Jim came to the home and quickly performed the necessary tests. The remediation was very affordable for my sellers, and Jim did it quickly so we could get the home back on the market. Jim also found minor items in the home that needed repair and he did these for my people at no charge. He explained each step of his remediation in detail. He would get his tests back next day. Also, he has a 3rd party verify that the home is free of mold after he has completed the work. I definitely will refer him to anyone who needs a real professional to take care of mold remediation. He's very caring and friendly. He would call me every day to update me and my clients as to his progress. Jim really cared about my clients who are a young couple that were transferred and needed to get their home sold. Great company! Great guy!

Jim was great to work with. He explained the testing he performed, the results, and the remediation needed to restore our home to safe levels. Throughout the process he kept us informed and was concerned about our well being. He also worked with the insurance company to ensure they fully understood the seriousness of the mold contamination and what was required for remediation. His work was top notch and was completed on the timeline he gave us.
