I feel truly blessed that Colorado Mold Services was on my side helping my daughter and I fight through a really bad mold issue. Although they work throughout the state and have multiple concurrent projects, they were always accessible and worked with our schedule to complete the project in a timely manner. They handled the mold remediation competently, even finding it wasn't as bad as we had anticipated, which saved us money and time. They worked with us to complete the small bathroom renovation within a budget we could do, without trying to push us into more expensive options. Professional and personable owner and employees to work with.

Jim was so professional, patient and educational. He responded within minutes of me clicking to find help. This wa at 9:30 at night and he spent 45 minutes on the phone. He was also patient as we had two other companies go out for free estimates. Jim did a great job of helping our tenants feel comfortable with them being there alone. The work was done quickly and professionally. Even after the work was done and we needed more information. We will definitely recommend them and use them again if we ever are in need. He was awesome and took care of my issues, I do not have the type of mold that needs more than bleach cleaning and painting once a year. He tested with a great lab and he was so awesome, went above and beyond!!
