Scheduling to work was prompt but inexperienced employees and lack of tools the first day was a bummer. Jim worked hard to get others in place to meet our needs however there was some confusion on who was doing what. The price was very competitive yet the containment wasn't well done and checklists need to be in place. I know Jim is working hard to get all the 'bugs' worked out.

We were generally satisfied with the service, but there were some aspects of the work that could have been more professional. For most of the appointments, employees were late and since company vehicles and employees were not ID'd (no logos on vehicles or attire, no ID badges, etc.), we were not sure if we should answer the door when the employee arrived. For initial call (mold testing) there was no invoice/documentation -- we were simply told verbally what the charge was and we wrote a check, and we had to call the customer representative to obtain documentation to confirm our payment. Otherwise, the communications from the company were good, and there was followup from the company rep to make sure work was completed per the estimate and we were satisfied. We would consider using Colorado Mold Services again, knowing that some oversight and management on our part may be required.

    We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for liens placed against them.
  9. Identity Verification (SSN)
    HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
  10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
    We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
