Jim and Greg were wonderful! They made time for my schedule and we're able to clear out the Mold incredibly fast so I didn't have to move anyone out of the house. I am grateful for them!

Jim came out right away and took an air test. While there, he discussed several options for mitigation should the test reveal mold. He called back within 24 hours with the results. Luckily we did not need mitigation.

Excellent customer service. Jim came over the day after I submitted the request. He was very professional and did an extremely thorough inspection. He never tried to sell unnecessary services, in fact, after the inspection, he was sure there was no need to even test, I insisted for peace of mind, he was right, there was no need. It is hard to find honest people in any industry but Jim was clearly very trustworthy and had excellent customer service. I had the test results within 24 hours of the samples being taken. Colorado Mold Services was fantastic to work with. I would recommend them to anyone who needs mold repair or restoration work done. They were very thorough, giving my home a complete inspection and providing me with lab reports from samples pulled pre- and post- remediation so that I knew the mold was really gone. They also were very timely and got all of the work done within just a couple of days. They were all friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful in all of my interactions with them. I really can't say enough about how great they were to work with. If you find yourself in the position of needing mold remediation, Colorado Mold Services is who you should call.

I have, unfortunately, had a need in the past for repairs and restoration services. But none have ever been as thoughtful and careful as the owner and crew of Colorado Mold Services LLC. Their work ethics were consistent, respectful, thorough, and careful so as to preclude the problems that might affect our presence upstairs during the remediation process. While full disclosure of the remediation process was made prior to our opting for their services, we were always provided information on a daily basis what to expect. Because the crew was most meticulous in their check – check and rechecking of all areas of the basement, not just where it seemed to gather, an unexpected a mold site was found - it did not stand a chance to survive! The clean-up at the end was immaculate. There was never a doubt with regards to their skills and the knowledge needed for accomplishing the responsibilities undertaken for mold remediation and our future safety from possible home and health hazards.
