They scheduled us quickly, arrived at the scheduled time, and thoroughly cleaned our vent from the interior and exterior access points. They identified a faulty exterior vent cap, and replaced with a bird proof vent, as well as replacing an old, torn flexible interior vent hose. I arrived home to find that David had already started cleaning my gutters. David did an excellent job, completely cleaned up after the job and did minor repairs to my gutters at no additional charge.
