Jim will treat your home as if if was his. The work is done right, or its not done at all. No shortcuts, no "good enoughs." He is exceedingly thorough, explains what he has found, recommends how to proceed, and consults with you at every step of the remediation and repair. We had a sewer cleanout behind a basement wall that had cracked, seeping moisture and generating a copious amount of mold that had damaged the wall, subflooring, and carpet . Today, you can't tell that there ever was an issue. Jim will not be just your contractor, he will also be your friend. Can I give six stars?

After getting scammed by another company and not being in a good mood. I hired Jim and his company to come test and remove the mold. Not only did he work with me on the price, but he was very detailed and thorough in eliminating all the mold. He also went above and beyond in retesting everything, re-mediating other smaller mold issues throughout my house and cleaning everything up. I would definitely recommend Jim and his company for mold removal.

First off, I would have rated Jim Tomlinson higher if the scale didn't stop at five. I contacted Home Advisor and they gave me his phone number. I was just calling him when he actually called me so it was mere minutes when he called. We are selling out house in rural Colorado and the home inspection saw mold in the crawl space. Jim inspected the property on the same day and came up with a comprehensive plan for mitigation. During the process, we had discussed the inspection report and some of the other minor things discovered. Jim took it upon himself to fix some of these issues even though they weren't under the umbrella of the mold mitigation. We live out of state so it was impossible for us to make the repairs ourselves. After getting rid of the mold, and knowing we were having a stove delivered and set up, he told us to let him know of there were any issues with the install. He said if there were, to have them just leave the stove and he would go out and install it for us at no charge. Jim lives in Colorado Springs and the cabin is in Park County, over 100 miles away. I cannot say enough about how please we are to have Jim working on our house and would highly recommend him. In fact we recommended him to our Realtor who is having crawl space issues.

I looked EVERYWHERE for someone that would know what to do about the mold smell coming out of my fireplace with no luck until I went on home advisor and found Jim Tomlinson. He found the problem right away and knew what to do!! They are VERY detail oriented and you can tell they really care about helping you. They also found another mold problem I didnt even know about that was even worse that the one I wanted to fix! I was SO glad he found it- it was hiding in the wall. They did an INCREDIBLE job and for a very reasonable price. I had been feeling bad for quite awhile in my house and am now feeling better.
