They are near profectionists so don't rush their work. We have a big job which another company botched half of it so this company had to undo and redo the work. We are half through but I can tell they know the way to strip and seal Saltillo tile, and it takes expertise in the area. Sandra

Arrived promptly. All work done by hand - no machines. Did not repair all the grout cracks I wanted them to, but didn't notice until after they had left. Took about 3 hours.

Very happy with Grout Busters so far, but the job isn't even dry yet.

Excellent work, accommodating, and nice people.

They answered my inquiry to you within 10 minutes. I "clicked" with the woman on the phone, who gave me cleaning info and general info. It took much longer than I was expecting - 4-5 hrs to do the job, and 3 days before I could roll back my carpets. Estimator was very unprofessional - walked right in as soon as I opened the door, without introducing himself or waiting to be invited in. Only ID was a hard-to-read, nondescript t-shirt. He was extremely talkative and hard to get rid of. Men who did the job were friendly and funny but, again, nowhere near as professional as, say, Stanley Steamer.

Work handled in very professional manner from initial scheduling through work completion.

These guys were meticulous! They spent the time necessary to give an accurate estimate with a true read on what they could do and what it would cost. The also provided examples with photos and sample work at ou house. The carefully and thoroughly did the work. I'm extremely satisfied.
