They did an awesome job. The floors look great and the technician was really helpful in answering all of our questions. He took the time to show us the different colors of stains and put samples on the floor so we could see which one we liked. We also were going to do a small grout job around the edges and he did it for us with no extra charge. I would highly recommend them.

From start to finish, they were prompt, courteous, willing to answer all questions, and did an amazing job on the grout. They took it from black to cream. Thank goodness the previous owners had sealed the grout when the tiles were put in. I only had a short time to have the job done and they were willing to flex to my time frame.

WOW - my tile floor now looks better than new. Crew of four on their hands and knees cleaning entire floor. We opted for the painting of grout versus just a clear sealer. It was well worth the small additional cost. Cost came in at bid. Crew showed up at scheduled time. AGAIN - A GREAT JOB

My main issue was the way in which the initial proposal was conducted. I was lead to believe that my project would have good results with just a cleaning. This did not turn out to be the case and I ended up having to stain the grout at an extra $250.00. True, I was told that this could be the case but "Very unlikely". I was just left feeling a little like a switcharroo thing was done. It would be best if the person doing the estimate would be less optomistic and just say. "I cannot guarantee the grout will be restored to it's color" and just leave it at that. By adding the "Very unlikely" statement you are suggesting to the customer that you feel it can be cleaned. Don't paint the customer a rosy picture.

I have to differ with you. (consumer name withheld per their request) is always more then honest when he does his estimates He will never guarantee that we can just clean the floor and have it come out perfect. He would not put our technicians in that situation nor our company in that situation. There was no "switcharoo" done. The estimate was very clear. You had the option to clean and seal and if the floor did not come out to your satisfaction, then you had the option to color seal. It was all there in black and white before you asked us to do the work. You were a very difficult customer for our technicians to deal with. We made every effort to make you happy. We came out on a Sunday, NO extra charge as you needed your floors done by a certain date and since our schedule was full, we asked if our techs would work a Sunday so your goal would be achieved. We put everything very clearly in writing, we came out on a Sunday and we never promised that your floor would come out perfect before we did the work. We never promise that. We truly do not know how a floor will come out until we start cleaning it. And again, (consumer name withheld per their request) would never say it would be highly unlikely that you would need to do the color seal, that is not who he is. He treats his customers fairly and honestly. He never misleads them even if it means we do not get the job.
