Showed up at the appointment time prepared to do the job . All workers were polite , friendly and appeared to know their business . Finished in a timely fashion - cleaned up after their work was done and gave us an opportunity to check their work before they gave us the bill . Cost was reasonable for quality of their work .

Nancy was there to answer the phone to set up the appointment that afternoon. David gave us an estimate to fix the "tenting" of our tile and the next day Seth and William were here to do the repair. The reason we went with Grout Busters was because Nancy answered the phone to take our request verses an answering machine to call us back. (Another company only had an answering machine and took a long time to call us back.) Seth and William were very professional. They not only repaired the tenting but also did some additional grouting. We are VERY pleased with their work.

Dave was great. The second person who came to do the work unfortunatley smelled like stale smoke and that wasn't very good. However he did do a good job.

I needed the tile on my shower floor redone because the initial install 6 years ago was terrible from the get go. Groutbusters came at the scheduled time to give me an estimate, emailed me the estimate within a day, and I hired them. We communicated via email (with Nancy) and phone. They were able to schedule my job in less than two weeks. Roger came on time to do the tile and worked all day to demo the old tile, clean up, and lay the new tile. He came the next day, on time, to finish the tile and grout, and re-caulk the entire shower. He even included a bit of "bling" that I asked him to include. He leveled the floor properly by grinding down areas of the wet deck that were uneven. Roger was polite, professional, and so neat! Only the bathroom was dusty from the demo, and he cleaned the shower and floor before he left. I am very happy with his work and now I can truly enjoy my shower. It was a small, but problematic job and as a result, it took me over 6 months to find someone to do it. I am so happy I found Arizona Groutbusters. I would use them again.
