Brian showed up, on time. Very polite. Worked his tail off. Beautiful repair job, couldn't even tell it was a repair. Cleaned up afterward. Nice gal, Nancy, in the office. Felt very comfortable with the whole experience. Would highly recommend them.

These guys come in and clean the tile and grout by hand. They then seal and if necessary can use a color stained seal for an additional fee. This is what I had done and my floors look completely different, nice and new.

They were polite but they were here less than 6 hours & the cost was $598. My tile was not that bad to begin with except in high traffic areas and there was still some grout that I feel they didn't get as clean as they could have.
Response from Company:
We are sorry that you were not completely satisfied with the cleaning that was done. I did speak with our technicians and they said they went over the areas in question several times. You had told them that you did not want to utilize the color seal option and just wanted to do the clear seal. Our color seal option is for floors that do not come out uniform. This is usually due to the previous sealer breaking down. Grout is porous and if the sealer on your grout breaks down the dirt can go deep into the grout joints. I have contacted you and asked if we can have the owner come over and look at the areas that you are concerned with. I hope that you will allow us to come back to see the areas of concern. We like to make our customers happy and do our very best to meet that goal. And yes, they were there for around 6 hours but we sent 2 technicians so that was 12 man hours to clean your floor. We try to send enough technicians on each floor depending on the size of the floor, so that we are not in your home longer then mid day.

The work was done exactly when and how promised. The people I dealt with were polite, knowledgeable, and honest. They went beyond what I expected to make sure I was happy with the job. Most important, my floor now looks gorgeous!

Brian did a fantastic job! We are sorry we waited so long to repair seven cracked tiles in several different places. His work was superb! He was cordial and worked diligently. It was a very reasonable price....easily worth twice and much!
