Excellent cleaning job. Red also gave me ideas to repair a bad tile job that was done in the past. I will use them again.

Averaged to about $1/sq ft for saltillo cleaning and sealing. They hand-clean the tiles, so if you want certain areas to be extra clean you will want to tell them right away. The estimator and the appointment crew gave different information about the number of coats and frequency of sealing needed, but the appointment crew was very knowledgeable. The manager was very responsive over email and we had no problems with communication.

Be aware that if they do repair, they do not haul away debris.

The guys were right on time, got right to work on our floor. The workers were very polite and knowledgeable. Once completed they had me inspect their work and I was very pleased with the tile and grout cleaning and sealing. I will definitely keep them on my list of home maintenance companies.

Great Experience! Everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Arizona Grout Busters! We had no experience with tile showers and no idea the required maintenance. So, when we had water seeping under the wall into the master bedroom, we learned the hard way. We thought it was a broken pipe in the wall, but after the plumber cut a hole in the wall and it was determined it was coming from the shower base. I immediately went to HomeAdvisor and minutes later, I received a call from AZ Grout Busters. They squeezed us in and determined it needed to be recaulked. After completing the estimate on Saturday, recaulked the shower Monday, and cleaned/resealed it on Friday (which was in addition to the original job). So all was completed in week and I am so grateful. The cost was very reasonable and much appreciated. They also emailed me a care sheet for the tile. My tile shower looks better than ever. I was thinking of replacing it with fiberglass insert, but after seeing the completed job, I am keeping it. Everything (estimate, caulking, and sealing) was completed in just days and looks great. I will be calling AZ Grout Busters for all the future maintenance/repairs on our tile floors and shower. THANK YOU!
