The engineer, Greg, arrived promptly and did a thorough inspection, even going into our extremely small attic space to inspect. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The only downside is that a written report or letter costs an additional fee and takes days to complete. Other than that, I'm pleased with my experience and would recommend.

Greg was easy to schedule, quick to arrive. Provided thorough analysis and explanations of all the conditions on my single family house. Confirmed a few additional issues with attic and roof and provided full report.
