My project is not finished yet, but the amount they've accomplished in one week is amazing. Luke and his crew are professional, efficient and very pleasant to work with.

Quick to submit estimate for projects on my list. Final charges were what he projected. Luke and his crew were very polite and very talented in their chosen fields. Excellent work. Will call on Luke and his team for any future repair needs.

Work was professional and well done. The men were skilled at their various jobs. And the result is a beautiful bathroom.

Thanks to Luke, and his men who were professional and efficient, I have a beautiful bathtub surround. The men were available within days to start the work. Luke did more than other contractors would have done to make sure the job looks pristine. He showed and explained to me what are the right / best materials to buy. Why not 5 stars rating? Cause there's always room to improve. :) I've already told all my friends whom to contact for their tile projects.

We were given a verbal estimate and when the written estimate came in it was 60% higher. We were told it would be weeks vs months before they started. I emailed after 4 weeks and asked the status - no reply. A week later I emailed again - no reply. Eight days after my second inquiry we got a call from the workers saying they were on the way! We couldn't do it that day but agreed on the next day. They originally said I had "agreed" to that start date then admitted they made a mistake. There isn't room here to list everything that caused my ratings to be like they are - buyer beware!

Excellent work, very professional from start to finish. DC Tile will be my vendor of choice for all repair/remodeling jobs.

Very honest and very helpful. Kept me updated during ever step of the shower remodel. Luke is the best and the price was right. He did all of the work himself.

Did not perform as to contract requirements. tried to substitute ceramic soap/shampoo tile insert. Failed to initially waterproof tile backing. completed correction has tile cuts not straight, level and some with ceramic front missing.

DC tile was responsive to my request, were able to begin work on my tile project immediately, all staff were courteous, cleanup up after themselves, and last but not least, the tile looks wonderful!
