Luke did a great job with my flooring and also repaired my drywall and completely remodeled the main bathroom I definitely would highly recommend 1st rate construction and I plan on hiring them again for future projects

I would recommend this company. We needed the tile done in the master bathroom and my husband has been working long hours at his day job and I thought it would help him a lot so we talked about it on Monday night and found 1st Rate Construction LLC on HomeAdvisor site. I was contacted by James that evening and he came by the next afternoon. I needed to job done that week. James explained everything to me and he gave me a quote over the phone the night before and stuck with the quote and the job could be done as requested. They came out the agreed upon date and were great from the word go. They did in wonderful job. They paid attention to detail. Everyone was so professional. We even got a call back after the job was done to check to may sure we both were happy with the job. If we were to hire someone else for any job needed we would call 1st Rate Construction LLC first and let my friends and family who to call for any projects that needs to be done. Honest and dependable

I would HIGHLY recommend this company. We needed our living room floor concrete stained. We set up an appointment with Luke he was there on time and was SO nice and professional. He explained everything to us and had a quote sent over in less than 24 hours. They came out the agreed upon date and were great from the word go. Sammy and Joey were awesome. They did a VERY good job and paid attention to detail. Luke made sure to let us know they focus on the details and he was not lying. We will never hire anyone else to do anything Luke and the guys can do. We are beyond happy to have found a reliable company to get projects done around our house. Thanks guys it looks GREAT!

This company is professional from start to finish. Very reasonable pricing. They have their craft down! Very informative through the whole process, and much attention to detail. We had them stain our concrete floors, and this can be a very daunting task if your contractor does not know what they are doing, this came out looking PERFECT. We will ONLY be using 1st Rate Construction for all of our home remodeling needs. We went through many other so called "companies" before finding Luke at 1st Rate Construction, and we wish we would have found this company sooner.

Everyone at 1st Rate Construction was so kind and professional. Richard spent an hour with me to make sure he had all the info to give me an accurate quote. After bidding the project out, I found that their pricing was the most reasonable. Once we picked our granite slab, the process went quickly. A formal measurement of the counters on Monday, and the countertops and backsplash were installed the following week on Thursday and Friday. They draped the furniture in plastic, cleaned up as they went along, and we're very efficient. Luke was very communicative leading up to and during the work and the crews who did the work were great! The quality of the work was excellent and they even fixed a few other things while they were here. The work was done in 2 days and we couldn't be happier!
