UPDATE 11/19/24: Just wanted to give a follow up on my experience with FJS, which has been amazing. I hired them about a month ago to replace a bathroom fan and vent it out the roof. It recently rained and I panicked thinking there was a leak with the new vent. Jorge was very responsive and came to check it out right away despite his busy schedule. Turns out there was no sign of water leaking in the attic or on top of the new fan. Amazing customer service and would highly recommend!"

"Jose was outstanding. He was very thorough in his approach and talked through all the options and considerations with us in advance of installing two of our TVs on wall mounts. He first came to do an assessment to get a better sense of what the job would entail and then quoted us a fair price. The job ended up taking longer than the initially quoted time, but he held true to the quoted price. He sent us pictures at various stages to ensure we were happy with the result. "This company knocks it out of the park! Steve swapped out a defective faucet for a new one but it was no easy job since the faucet is located in a very tight space. He stuck with it, however, with no complaints. He displayed great attention to detail and even cared enough to label our water and gas line in our basement for ease of use in the future. He also replaced a shut-off valve under the sink that had a slight drip due to age and pointed out what the code would require of our dish washer hook-up. To me, this indicates he really cares about his work and has a desire to do his job well and satisfy his customers. I was also amazed to get a follow-up call from Derek the next day to assure the call went well."
