"On a Saturday while trying to fix a leak in my toilet, i stupidly cracked the tank. The toilet was old enough that I would need to fully replace the toilet. I reached out to Marcin not expecting to hear from him until Monday. Marcin emailed me back on a Sunday asking for questions and photos so he could scope the job. Because we were without a main toilet, Marcin moved his schedule around to come to our house on Monday! He walked me through which toilet specs i should buy, and I ran out and got a toilet, and him and his assistant came over, and had the remaining parts on hand to finish the job quickly! Marcin and his assistant were also very courteous and were wearing masks the entire time they were in my house. I would not hesitate to reach out to Precision Plumbing for my next plumbing job and/or emergency"

"I want to give a long overdue “Thank you” to Eric who is the owner of Mouradian Plumbing & Heating Inc. Eric’s team installed a steam boiler for me in October 2019. Since then, I have been calling his company when I have heating/plumbing problems. His company does a great job. Besides their excellent service quality, the one thing I like most about his firm is that when I text Eric the problem, he always gets back to me right away; someone would then come out to fix said problem that same day. They also come on time, or they call and communicate with you if they are going to be late. I remember that they came around 9:00pm one cold night last winter to fix the radiators in order for us to have a warm night’s sleep. Eric knows what he is doing and is a super responsible person. He treats his clients like his friends and fixes problems as if they are in his own home."

"We can't say enough good things about Michael. We had our replacement water heater installed by a vendor (not Michael) selected by the warranty company. The person was incompetent at best and dangerous at worst and we had to ask him to stop work at 9:30 pm on Friday when he could not complete the installation after trying for about twelve hours. Unfortunately, our townhouse has an unusual heating system that is dependent on the water heater so we were without heat on Friday. We put in the Home Advisor project on Saturday morning and Michael contacted within a minute or two. He took time to review photos we sent him of the previous work so he was sure he understood what he needed to do. He tried to reschedule his day so he could come out that afternoon but he could not do it and meet his commitment to his customers so he agree to come out on Sunday morning. He showed up on Sunday morning when he said he would and had the water heater running within 90 minutes. He took time to explain everything we need to know and he charged us less than we expected. One of the other reviewers said, :"Michael is the BEST". We agree."
