I reached out to Marcin not expecting to hear from him until Monday. Marcin emailed me back on a Sunday asking for questions and photos so he could scope the job. Because we were without a main toilet, Marcin moved his schedule around to come to our house on Monday! He walked me through which toilet specs i should buy, and I ran out and got a toilet, and him and his assistant came over, and had the remaining parts on hand to finish the job quickly!
