"Jose and his crew replaced my existing single phase system with a new variable speed system that is quieter and more energy efficient. Jose's quote was the least expensive of four offers I received for similar 3 ton variable speed systems. They got me on their schedule within two business days after I agreed to move forward. The installation took a bit longer than I or they expected, but they got it done and did not charge any extras. On the second day the system wasn't cooling as expected. I let Sherman (the technician who installed it) know and he came out the same day to address the issue. He made the fix, admitting that he had wired the system for a different 14 SEER rating when it was a 16 SEER one. I've had no issues the past week and I am very happy with the new system. I will be using J and Andy's to service my other system, and I would definitely recommend them."

Project Managers, Josh and David, did a wonderful job communicating with me during the installation. The guys did a great job cleaning up my house. If I had questions I could always reach Josh on his phone. These guys showed up and got the job done. During the routine follow up when the job was done I mentioned to Richard that I wanted some dirt moved. The next day guys showed up and took care of my request. Even after the bill is paid the customer service didn't stop. FSS proved they were committed to my repair until every detail was finished. There are a lot of foundation repair companies, I chose the right one. I would hire them again, but I won't need to. My house is not going to move again. I love the galvanized piers!"
