I originally was looking for a company a few months back. I wanted to check companies out in advance. Of the four companies, this is the one I chose because I felt that Manuel and Eliseo were the most professional on the original meeting. The guys arrived today and in less than three hours they had completed the job.

It took me a year to get my AC set up properly. Too cold and too hot in many rooms. They also did not do everything they said. Get it in writing didn't work out. Didn't replace all the inlets and registers. No UV light to kill mold. I now have something dark grey growing around my registers.

Elesio showed up on time and was very professional. We just had basic service done, but he was very careful to explain any problems found and shared pictures of any concerns.

I installed what I thought was a state-of-the-art multi zoned Carrier infinity system. What JUNK. Biggest mistake I ever made. For the last two years it's been one service after another replacing sensors and boards. Zero degree won't even call me back anymore. They were OK at first but I think they've given up to. I'm ready to get a lawyer and sue Carrier. They made my home unlivable at various and random intervals..
