Mateo and another guy (can't remember his name!) came out and did an amazing job of walking through the house, getting measurements on my existing windows and sliding glass door, asking me what I was looking for, etc. Then there was an uber professional power point display about various options for the windows, energy efficiencies, a history about the company, explaining where the materials were coming from, warranties, you name it. Eventually we got around to talking about pricing, and Mateo/DaBella were willing to work with me to figure out a way that the project would fit my budget with the options I selected. Highly recommended!"
