"Woody was great! We got a walk-in tub and it wasn't filling all the way with hot water. The salesman had assured me my tank was big enough and I didn't know what to expect when Woody came out, but I was expecting he'd probably say I needed a new water heater. Nope, he was very honest and said that a part just needed to be changed, gave me a quote and set up a time to come repair it. On the day of the repair he showed up 5 minutes early, completely prepared with the part, got his tools out and did his plumber thing. When he was done, he cleaned everything up and charged me exactly what he quoted me. He was polite and pleasant. As an older person who knows nothing about plumbing, I could have easily been taken advantage of by someone just wanting to get more money out of me, but Woody was honest and now he has a customer for life! "They did a number of things. Braced and restrapped water heater and ran copper line for pressure relief to outside. Unclogged master toilet and reseated. Bolted down second toilet. Reconnected clothes dryer vent. Repaired air gap/garbage disposal and drain line under kitchen sink, crawled under house and remove galvanized pipe straps and replaced with nylon pipe clamps. I was a contractor and used to do this work, o an very critical. They did an outstanding job. Went the extra mile several times. I was expecting a bill for a higher amount but they stuck with their estimate. I recommend them highly and would use them again!!"
