"Fabulous products, service, knowledge & skills! We had a walk-in bathtub removed and replaced along with 96" worth of ugly tile on walls. Our new 2nd bath is beautiful. We chose white tub & white subway tiles and polished nickel fixtures. The team did a fabulous job replumbing (they found problems with old plumbing and fixed it properly), removed the beastly tub without splitting in two parts, meticulously placed plumbing, tile backs, and tub in and installed new fixtures. They jumped through hoops to locate polished nickel products to include the shower rod. We also had them finish the plumbing in our unfinished 3rd bathroom and the install a 32" corner shower. Whew...it's a small bathroom so we talked with the crew chief doing the work (he's SOOOOO knowledgeable and just a great guy!) and he gave us suggestions regarding sink and toilet. It's a tiny bath so we greatly appreciated Westshore stepping up and going above and beyond to do the work in our home. We get rave reviews on how well these bathrooms look and it shows! Just beautiful! Price was right on point considering they went above and beyond and followed up."

"We woke up to our water heater leaking and contacted Loweâ s at 8:30am to do a replacement. Their advertising claims that if you contact them before noon that you can get a water heater replaced the same day. To our dismay, their subcontractor arrived at our house around 1:30pm and then stated that they could not replace until Monday afternoon.. Their estimate was $3k to install the new water heater. We submitted a request for pros through Angi and received an immediate call from Mike with PMK Plumbing. Mike was amazing. He arrived within 30 minutes and provided an estimate that was less than half of the earlier company and stated he could perform the job that evening. Mike was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He did a wonderful job installing our water heater and took the time to walk us through how to appropriately operate and maintain the unit. We would highly recommend Mike and PMK Plumbing. We plan to contact him for any future plumbing needs."
