"CR Plumbling is the only plumber I will ever use or refer to someone in this area. For the past 3 years, we have been dealing with a shower leak in our guest bathroom. We have had 5 plumbers from two local companies, including two master plumbers, try to assess and resolve the issue to no avail. After many appointments, attempts, invoices, and damage to our home along the way, I had almost thrown in the towel. I gave it one last shot with CR Plumbing, and I'm so thankful I did. I sent an inquiry at 11 pm on a Thursday, and by 8 am Friday morning, I had a phone call to walk through the problem and schedule a service call. Knowing we had been through the ringer, we were scheduled to meet with Clay, the owner, which was comforting to know they took the repair so seriously. He also brought along two additional plumbers to ensure many perspectives were taken to make sure it was fixed right the first time. They were able to identify the problem almost immediately and it didn't require cutting through any walls, ceiling, or tile. They ordered the parts they needed and were back the next day to repair the shower. It was quick, effective, and cost efficient. They also maintained COVID protocols throughout the visit, which put us at ease. I'm happy to say that for the first time in 3 years, we can finally use our shower! Thank you, Clay and Phil! "Tony and his team did an excellent job. His workmanship and quality are top professional grade. He repaired multiple holes on two walls in my garage and painted all across the two walls. The walls look like new after repair. They also matched and replaced a broken trim/weather-strip on one side of the garage. They had to move stuff around that are blocking the way and detached a shelf that was screwed to the wall. I offered to help but they politely told me I needed not worry and they would do everything for me. After the job was done, they re-attached the shelf to the wall and put stuff back in their place. Everything was tidy and clean when they were ready to leave. They are courteous and friendly. They are that type of company and people that you feel very comfortable to work with. "Stop and read this recommendation. I sent request on HomeAdvisor for plumber for master bath toilet break, they responded in minutes and came to home in a few hours. I went and purchased a new tank unit parts replacement for the plumber. When the guys arrived they found my plug was just hardened and offered to fix it for free and not charge me the $249.00 install of the parts I purchased. This saved me over $300.00. They refused to even let me pay for a service call so instead I tipped the two guys for their honesty and generosity. I now have a lifetime plumber in Dallas and will recommend them on every social platform I use. "We had a sewer line break. It was a major expense, so we interviewed & got bids from six companies. Finn-Tastic was the fifth we talked to, and thank goodness we went that far. The others’ estimates were from $1k-$11k higher. All of the others said we’d have to remove and replace a sidewalk. The Finn-Tastic guys said “there’s no need to dig it up, we can work around it to save you the money.” Some refused to believe the break was where it was because it didn’t make sense to them (despite the fact we’d had a company locate the break). The Finn-Tastic guys jumped on the roof and ran their own camera down a drain vent to confirm the break, without wanting us to pay them up front. So, we hired them. They did everything they said they could do, and when the job got a little harder than they expected, they stayed late into the night (on a Friday!) to make sure the drain was back in service. No talk of changing the estimate or raising the price — they stuck right to the original bid. They were polite, friendly, and had great attitudes about their work. I hope we never need a plumbing repair like that again, but if we do, Finn-Tastic will be our FIRST call."

"I am very selective and careful with who I do business with. I have worked with 5 other plumbers over the last 5 years, and with large and small companies. Martin with Longhorn Plumbing is a true professional and expert in the field. He is the best of the 5 that I've worked with. He was very quick to make it over to the property to begin work. For example, I had a tub drain issue that was causing a leak in my property. Martin quickly came over the same day, diagnosed, and resolved the issue. Impressed by his work, I asked if he would do additional plumbing work for me that day including installing a toilet, and installing sinks and drains for the bathrooms and kitchen. That evening, he completed all of the work asked. Lastly, I called Martin a week later to repair a major main line issue where the pipe was broken 6 feet underground. My other plumber contacts said they could get out there in 2-3 days, but Martin showed up in a few hours after my call and completed this major work the same day. Despite his fast service, the work is top-notch quality and the pricing is fair. Martin is extremely knowledgeable and I know can count on him to provide an honest expert opinion.
