I called Dan and had to leave a message. It was right after this past winter's freeze. And I'm sure I wasn't the only one with a burst pipe. Within minutes, I got a text message from his office saying he would call me back soon. Right after that, Dan called, I explained what was going on, and Dan said he was on his way. Not more than 10 minutes later, he was here! Dan has been in this business for many years and knows his stuff inside and out. He was able to fix my pipe immediately. Great guy, great communicator, fair pricing (especially for an emergency call). You won't go wrong with this company!

Broke the valve to my water service tank and snuck out without saying a word,. Refused to come out on any weekend to fix. When I finally rescheduled, wanted to charge me for the repair of the valave they broke. Unethical
